  • We do not accept any cancellation of order once the payment is confirmed. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us via phone at least 48 hours in advance of the original delivery/pick up date.
  • Unfortunately, no refunds or change of mind will not be considered once your order is confirmed
  • Strictly no refunds will be issued for
    • Order cancellations due to any reasons
    • Late collection (past operating hours)
    • Missed our delivery team during the delivery timeframe
  • For any discrepancies in quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time with the photo of your product.
  • Replacement/refunds in store credit will only be considered if it is an error from our side.
  • No refunds/replacement will be considered after 24 hours of the delivery. Customers/recipients should pay attention to the care instructions provided
